As Client Relations Manager at FundBank, Jessica strives to continuously enhance the client experience, acting as the main point of contact for our clients, and focusing on providing exceptional service and support to them through every stage of their relationship with FundBank. Jessica works closely with the custody, trust, banking, AML and operations teams to deliver seamless and integrated banking solutions to our clients.
Joining FundBank in 2024, Jessica brings with her a wealth of experience in client relationship roles in the Cayman Islands and North America and has extensive experience working with family offices.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bentley College, Boston. She has also completed an executive education program with Columbia Business School focusing on Family Enterprises and Wealth Planning Essentials. A native of Venezuela, Jessica is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
