Fred Jacobs is the Chairperson at FundBank, where he brings over 30 years of global board and financial services experience leading the business on all operational and strategic matters. Fred joined FundBank in 2021 and has since played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and success. He is supported by a strong established senior management team.

With a diverse background, Fred has held key leadership roles in the United States, Asia, Latin America, and Europe, providing him with comprehensive cross-jurisdictional management experience. For much of his career, he served as an Executive Committee member for renowned firms such as SS&C Globe Op, Fiserv Investment Services, and Apex Fund Services, where he successfully built strong client-focused sales cultures.

Fred’s professional journey began in banking, where he spent 25 years working for prominent banks including Bank of America and PNC Bank. His extensive experience in banking encompasses various areas such as cash management, global payments, trade finance, fund administration, private banking, and correspondent banking. This breadth of knowledge has honed his expertise in delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients across different sectors.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Fred has also established himself as a respected figure in the industry. He has served as a chairman and moderator at major investment industry conferences, where he shares his insights on topics related to growth, structure, and trends in the global money management industry. His contributions to these discussions have further solidified his industry-wide reputation.

Fred holds an MBA from UCLA, where he refined his strategic and leadership skills, and a BA in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College, which laid the foundation for his global perspective.
