We were pleased to welcome our keynote speaker, S.P. Kothari, former Chief Economist of the SEC, Division Director of The Division of Economic and Risk Analysis (DERA) of the SEC and current Gordon Y. Billard Professor of Accounting and Finance at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. During a fireside chat with Gabe Benincasa, General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at FundBank, he discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on asset management, current U.S. economic conditions and the history of bank failures.
