Kevin Browne

Kevin Browne joined FundBank, N.A. (hereinafter referred to as “FundBank”) in 2023 and is based in Austin, Texas. Kevin is an accomplished financial services professional, specializing in third-party custody and clearing.

At FundBank, Kevin oversees the custody function and the execution of trades and activities of the Custody team, including the integration of the custody platform with executing brokers, and relevant counterparties.

Prior to joining FundBank, Kevin was with Amherst Holdings in Austin, where he began as the firm’s FINOP, overseeing the finance, back and middle office functions and was later instrumental in the merger and integration of Amherst’s brokerage operations with Pierpont Securities. Post merger, Kevin developed and implemented strategic and enterprise-wide initiatives while also serving in the capacity of registered securities principal. Previously, Kevin held senior roles at Banc of America Securities and Morgan Stanley.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fordham University, NY and has completed NASD Series 3, 4, 7, 8, 24, 27, 63.
