Jordan Wilson joined FundBank in 2024. Prior to this, Jordan was President of Wilson Wealth Management, a fiduciary, financial advisory firm, serving high net worth individuals and owner-managed enterprises in Western Canada. Previously, Jordan was Head of Global Trust Operations at UBS in Switzerland and has worked with UBS in the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. Jordan has over 25 years of experience across areas such as fiduciary operations, risk management, complex assets, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory matters, product development, and client relations.

Jordan’s fiduciary experience covers areas such as: trust administration; portfolio valuations of bankable, non-bankable, and operating assets; trust company operations and management; fiduciary risk management; product development and business development. His experience is global in scope but with a focus on the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Singapore, and Switzerland.

His wealth management expertise includes financial planning: estate and retirement planning; investment analysis and advice for bankable, non-bankable, and operating assets; personal taxation and portfolio construction and review. He has a detailed knowledge of the alternative asset classes, including private equity, private credit and digital assets, including the vehicles used to hold them, Purpose (STAR, Charitable) Trusts; and Unit Trusts.

In addition, Jordan has held C-suite roles within corporate finance, with skills in: audit; budgeting and forecasting; financial accounting and reporting; international banking and finance; mergers and acquisitions; public company treasury and investor relations, including Initial Public Offering, Listing Applications, and Secondary Offerings; strategic planning and business development and valuations of operating assets and entities.

From a governance perspective, Jordan has experience holding the role of Corporate Officer and/or Director for numerous companies, including public, private, operating, and non-profit organizations. He is registered as a Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and FinCEN in the United States and a Member of Cayman Islands Directors Association. He is currently a Director of CFA Societies Canada and is Past President of CFA Society Saskatchewan.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Alberta. In addition, he possesses Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA), Canadian Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) professional designations.
