Joe played a pivotal role in launching FundBank, N.A. in 2024, guiding it from concept through to operational readiness.
Throughout his career, Joe has acted as a trusted advisor, developing relationships with business and tech executives to collaborate on defining strategic directions. Prior to joining FundBank, Joe held the role of Chief Information Security Officer at OpenSky Technology Solutions in Texas where he worked closely with the organization’s leadership team to establish cyber and physical security by developing a series of standards, policies, and procedures.
Joe is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and holds an MBA in Business Administration/Technology Management from University of Phoenix, Austin, TX.
