Janyccee Parchment

Janyccee Parchment is Vice President People and Operations at FundBank and is based in its Cayman Islands operation. Janyccee has almost 15 years of senior HR management experience within the financial services and banking industry.

In her role, Janyccee has overall responsibility for policy design, training and development and talent management for all FundBank’s employees globally. She works closely with its CEO, the Board and senior management to ensure that the bank is positioned for growth and that its HR framework is suitably positioned to support this.

Janyccee began her career in the financial services sector at DMS Governance (now Waystone) where she held several positions over a distinguished eleven-year career there, the most recent of which was People Manager, where she was responsible for the global recruitment strategies of the firm and specialized in immigration, payroll and benefits for both its Cayman Islands North America operations.

Janyccee holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and HR Management Certification and has an ABA in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP). She is a Cayman Islands Notary Public.
