Davoua Vang serves as Chief Financial Officer at FundBank, where she leads all aspects of financial strategy, capital and liquidity management, and regulatory reporting. With more than a decade of executive experience in community banking, she brings a proven record of strengthening financial operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring sound governance across complex regulatory environments.

A licensed CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant, Davoua is recognized for her disciplined, data-driven approach to fiscal management and her commitment to operational excellence. She has successfully led major process improvements—transforming financial close and reporting timelines, modernizing accounting systems, and implementing robust risk management frameworks that align with regulatory standards.

Before joining FundBank, Davoua served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Apex Bank and at First National Bank of Middle Tennessee, where she directed financial operations, liquidity planning, and audit oversight. She has also played key leadership roles on multiple executive committees, including Asset Liability, Audit, Risk, and IT Steering.

Davoua earned her Master of Science in Management and Professional Accounting and her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
