Mohammed Saadi

Mohammed Saadi is Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at FundBank (Europe) S.A., where he leads the bank’s global cybersecurity, privacy, IT risk management, and digital resilience programs. He plays a critical role in safeguarding FundBank’s infrastructure and client data in an increasingly complex and interconnected digital environment.

With over 14 years of experience in information security and data protection, primarily within the financial services sector, Mohammed brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to his role. Before joining FundBank, he served as CISO for Clearstream’s Fund Services division. Prior to that, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in Luxembourg and Chicago, where he led cybersecurity audit and advisory engagements for major financial institutions.

Mohammed holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Liège, Belgium. He also holds several industry-recognized certifications, including CISSP, CISA, CIPM, CIPP/E, and ISO/IEC 27001 and 22301 Lead Auditor and Lead Implementer credentials, underscoring his commitment to best-in-class information security and business continuity practices.
