Our actions

We are determined to positively contribute to the achievement of global sustainability targets in the following ways aligned with our business strategy and role in the financial ecosystem:

  • Limit our impact on environment:
    • Effort to reduce carbon footprint and then offset
    • Select of goodies with ESG considerations
    • All in cloud
    • Waste management and reduction paper (push for all electronic documentation)
  • ESG into the external vendors section process: ESG as factor of choice while performing DD in the selection process
  • Contribute to the awareness via training/ session for in-house awareness and skillset and promotion activities involving all employees
  • Social – support philanthropic activities engaging with public entities and NGOs, and works alongside the general public and other corporate entities to promote progress toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs)
  • Foster diversity, salary equality and stand up against discriminatory and harassment behaviours
  • Promote Well-being – working from home policy within the legal framework
  • Responsible governance that progressively reflects sustainability principles and objectives in our daily work and operations. Here the Bank’s policies: Business conduct & Ethics, anti-harassment policy, anti-bribery and corruption policy, teleworking policy, whistleblowing policy, data protection policy, and remuneration policy
  • Regular monitoring and reporting of targets and KPIs
