Emilie Soriot is Chief Financial Officer at FundBank (Europe) S.A. (currently operating as a SOPARFI under the corporate denomination “FB Tech SA”) and has over 20 years’ experience in the Luxembourg financial sector.
Emilie joined FundBank as Chief Financial Officer in November 2024, and is based in Luxembourg. In this role, Emilie is responsible for establishing the finance function, managing the team and the bank’s external finances, taxes, and reporting, ensuring financial control and integrity, preparing the budget and financial planning, acting as the main point of contact for the bank’s financial auditors, and providing reports on the bank’s financial activities to senior management and the Board of Directors.
Previously, Emilie spent over 13 years with Credit Suisse in Luxembourg where she held various leadership roles. She was Deputy Head, Finance Department, responsible for both the Bank (including branches) and asset management companies, covering all accounting matters (IFRS, LUXGAAP, USGAAP), tax reporting, regulatory reporting and coordinating audits. Emilie also held the role of Audit Manager at BDO Audit in Luxembourg until 2011, handling a diverse client portfolio across various sectors.
Emilie qualified as a Chartered Accountant (expert comptable) from the Ministere des Classes Moyennes. In addition, Emilie holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (ESG) in Paris, and a Master’s Degree in Management and Business Administration from the University Louis Pasteur (Pôle Européen de Gestion et d’Economie) in Strasbourg.
